Harriet S. Mosatche, PhD
President

Dr. Mosatche is an experienced executive and leadership coach, award-winning author with five books currently in print, well-respected workshop leader and facilitator, and innovative researcher. Her newest book, Breaking Through! Helping Girls Succeed in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math, was published by Prufrock in 2016. Holding a PhD in Developmental Psychology, she has been President of The Mosatche Group consulting firm (MosatcheGroup.com) since 2007. Dr. Mosatche has provided expert advice on television, radio, and the Internet (AskDrM.org), and in books, magazines, and newspapers around the world.

Dr. Mosatche is a “Recommended Coach” in the Leadership Lab Program of Columbia University’s Graduate Business program and serves as a coach in Columbia’s prestigious Advanced Management Program. Since 2011, she had been a coach in the Career Advancement Program of Management Leadership forĀ Tomorrow, working with mid-level executives of color from a variety of industries, including consumer products, banking, technology, media, and insurance.

Previously a tenured college professor, psychology department chair, and Girl Scouts of the USA vice-president, Dr. Mosatche co-directed research projects funded by the National Institutes of Health and the National Science Foundation and presented her research results at conferences and in national and international journals and magazines. She has served as an external reviewer of government grant proposals and has developed a wide range of national programs, from media and literacy to science and finance.

Her numerous honors and awards range from a New Rochelle Chamber of Commerce Woman of Excellence Award in the Business/Professional category to Mother of the Month on the iparenting.com site. Her biographical profile appears in Marquis' Who's Who in America, Who's Who of American Women, and many other reference books. Dr. Mosatche has served on the American Bar Association Advisory Commission on Public Education and Commission for Youth at Risk.
